Limited Powertrain Warranty

Every vehicle we sell includes a limited powertrain warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This is not an add on – it’s included. If your vehicle experiences a warranty-related issue during the warranty period, you’ll contact us and pay a $299 deductible to initiate a warranty claim. We pay 100% for parts and labor on covered systems that fail during the warranty period and we coordinate all warranty repairs for you through our network of mechanics. You’ll work directly with us for warranty issues, not an 800 number, when you need help. We are proud to provide our limited warranty, and our customers greatly appreciate it.

What's covered? 

Engine:

All engine internal lubricated parts; pistons, cylinder block and heads, factory-installed turbocharger or supercharger units, flywheel, manifolds, oil pan and oil pump, seals and gaskets, thermostat housing and gasket, timing chain cover, timing gears, valve covers, crankshaft and main bearing, and engine block if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part.

Air Conditioning:

Accumulator, compressor, clutch, clutch bearing, condenser, dryer/receiver, evaporator.

Transmission: 

All transmission internal parts, seals and gaskets, torque converter, transfer case, transmission case.

Differential Assemblies

Front wheel axle shafts, final drive housing and internal parts, universal joints, and constant velocity joints. Rear wheel axle shafts, drive axle housing and internal parts, drive shaft, retainers, universal joints, and constant velocity joints.
